Hi! Do you mean C63 amg bumper oramg style bumper? Both will fit. I fitted in my 2008 from a rear bumper AMG style 2008 to rear bumper AMG style 2012+. 
But check if your elegance model, the front bumper has a chrome line, because the AMG style model doesnt.
