What do you want to use these for?

I'm currently running Philips - Diamond Vision H7 Halogen HID Super White 5000K (Pair) for my fog lights!

I haven't used silverstar but I would recommend you try Osram Night breaker unlimited if you can get your hands on it.

I want to make sure the bulbs are DOT approved, I know that the Silverstar zXe are DOT approved.

I too need some schznit H7's for my 2009 CLK low beams, what is recommended. I don't care if their legal or not.
