Bluetooth Phone Volume

Bluetooth Phone Volume
I recently acquired a New LG G4 Android phone and while making a call the other day I found that the radio volume control did nothing to adjust the phone volume through the audio speakers. Has anyone else experienced this or am I doing something wrong?

I have an iPhone 6s Plus paired to a 2014 C300 and can control the volume of my calls through the radio volume knob/steering wheel control. It also remembers whatever the volume was set at for the next call and is independent of the volume of the radio- no matter how loud or quiet I have the volume of what I'm listening to is, calls coming in and going out are the same volume as the previous call.
Might want to check your phone settings if you haven't already, otherwise try to google your model phone along with car Bluetooth to see if there is any known issues with how it interacts with vehicles.

Adjust the Volume of the Phone connected to Bluetooth
Both are done with the physical volume buttons on the car. Hope that helps.
