knocking noise

knocking noise
hello every one, i have a problem with my cclass 300 4amtic 2007 as i have a werid knocking noise while driving this sound and it increase by acceleration its like the sound of wheel bearing but its not as i changed both of them, the noise is felt when i but my hand on the gear stick like feeling a since of the nocking on my hand as if the noise travels along the stick, is it a shaft or someting??
please i have been sufering from this isue for months now.

i wish we have a decent dealer back her ,, i live in libya and i have to figure out things on my own ,, i have tried with a mechanic shop which only cost my to change 2 wheels bearing for 500$ with no result -_-

How many Km has the car done ? Has it had a hard life ? ie rough roads or driven without thought of a long life ?.
A good mechanic should be able to look at engine & gearbox mounts & say whether they have collapsed.
Shock absorbers should also be checked. Any oil leaks here where the seals have blown out?
Stay with it man & be persistent.
Inspect the car with the mechanic & ask him to show you the problem first hand.
Make him understand, NO FIX- NO MONEY.

thanks carsy, Thanks for your support , and am really pegging to suspect the lest drive shaft as is moves a little bit when I shack is with my hand not like the right one maybe the sv joint is the problem .
I will try to find out more and If I do, ill post my results , thanks again
