Satellite Radio Issues

Has anyone had issues with their w204 satellite radio? I have refreshed the radio and it just loops in the updated channel screen...ultimately it just stays on the screen where it prompts me to call and I have no ability to scroll or move to get to preview channel, or anything for that matter? I have also called Serius to resend signal, but nothing has seemed to work...am I missing something?

I can't get anything to work though...I get no signal and it stays in the loop of updating channels...are there any remedies to this; could it be an antenna problem? Normal radio works though; as does navigation!

You could use the Sirius app over BT until you get this worked out.

From other units I've seen usually the satellite antenna is separate from the others such as GPS. Other car's I've had were able to show the signal strength but I don't recall seeing this in any engineering menus.
