I have a 2011 C300. The passenger side (neckpro) headrest popped out for no reason. I had a friend who works on Mercedes look at it and he said the clip broke and I need a new one. Does anyone know where I can find a use neckpro headrest? He said it has to be neckpro because if I don't plug it back in the SRS lights won't go off. Any help is MUCH appreciated!! I don't know to much about this car and appreciate the advise and/or leads! Thanks

 

Does your friend work FOR Mercedes or simply work on Mercedes? Got a picture of what broke?

He works on Mercedes, not at Mercedes. I don't know if I can get a pic. It's inside. I'll try though!

 

mine broke - neck pro , clip inside. I bought a replacement from Ebay for about 100 bucks..took 10 mins to install.
