I have a 2013 C300. When my iPhone is connected by Bluetooth, is there a button on the car that would activate voice command for the phone so I can tell the phone to do something (call John, read last text message, etc.) without touching it? Thank you.

My understanding is that iphones do not support PBAP (Phone Book Access
Profile)... If they did, your contact list would have been downloaded automatically which would then allow you to use voice commands to dial certain contacts.

Alternatively, you will have to import your contact list into COMAND, which would then allow you to do the same.

You might do well reading (or at least searching through your COMAND manual for answers...

Could you use Hey Siri? I had a Windows phone for a while and would use Cortana for texting and calling.

I think these manuals are some of the poorest manuals I've ever read. So convoluted.

works like a charm
