Steering wheel buttons plus horn doesn't work
2012 C250 Sport. 30,000 miles
Today I noticed that all the buttons on the steering wheel including the horn do not work. Could this be a fuse? Any help would be appreciated

At first the horn was stuck on and when the car was turned off, the horn stopped and quit working all together. When I took it to the shop (non-dealer) he diagnosed it as a bad airbag. OUCH! There is a printed circuit board that controls all those button functions attached to the airbag that failed and they can't be separated. I had them replace it with a used airbag. Now I see there is a recall on the airbag. I should have waited.

when I went out to start car today everything was working fine. Yesterday I had made several trips and each time I restarted the car no buttons or horn worked. Today after it was sitting over night all is well.
I think it's going to be hard to diagnose if it doesn't do it at the dealer or if the car sits overnight at the dealer it will be okay in the morning
