2012 Mercedes-Benz C250 Sport W204
Just spent 3 hours replacing my headlight bulbs :)
2012 C250 with halogen headlights. By the end of it all I wanted to kill myself. My thumbs are literally red from trying to pry the bulbs from the housings. Had to take a flat head and remove them that way. And then twisting the housings back into the headlights themselves! Much fun! I swear some things on these cars are just way overly engineered.

Headlights are always a PITA. Often shops will even botch installs.
On my old car it took me an hour the first time with my HIDs but I got the process down to under 5 minutes after getting some skill.

More often than not, it's worth it to just take off the headlights to gain open access to the back of the headlight. Dropping the bumper or even partially dropping the bumper isn't that big a deal and much less aggravating.

I literally just put HID's into my halogen housing on my c350. It took me less than 20 minutes to unscrew the cap and change out the bulb. I dont see how you took 3 hours

YouTube is your friend. If not Google will help you! Not being sarcastic, just saying it can save you a lot of time spending a few minutes doing the research.

I replaced mine last night. To my surprise, the bulb clip is different than the clip I see on youtube. I had to twist the bulb to get it out rather the typical u=shaped clip. Mine was a metal piece clipped to the wire socket itself. I had to cut the HID bulb wires and pass them through the metal clip. YouTube says to drill an inch hole, which is a bit bigger than the actual aftermarket HID rubber grommet. I should have drilled 3/4" instead.
.....or maybe searched more for the right headlight model. What year/model did the eyebrow headlight come with? Mine does not have an eyebrow.
