Recommendation for C300 front seat cover?

Recommendation for C300 sport (2008) front seat cover?
- I have the same issue as most c300 owners with the drivers seat separating at the seams, are there any custom seat bottom cover that will cover this ? Or will I have to replace the entire seat bottom?

I found a youtube video for this. search MB tex replacement on youtube. It's supposedly an easy fix as long as you can get the seat cover for a good price. I'm working on the same issue with my 2008 C350. If I get it replaced this way I will post a DIY.

I had a similar issue with my 2008 C300 a couple of years ago. My tear was in the seat bottom bolster. I ended up having a local upholstery shop (Dr Vinyl) replace the seat cushion with a MB replacement he bought at the local dealer. Total cost was $500 vs the dealer quote of over $800 installed. The seat bottom comes with a new seat heater (if you have that option) and is the only way to go compared to trying a repair. The only thing to be aware of is that the seat will initially look new and different but over time it will break in.
