Service B1 is just regular maintenance which you have to pay for unless the car has the maintenance package which is completely optional.

It says it's a 100 days overdue and it's only been a few days since I bought it. Do you think the dealer would be responsible to take care the service?
And how much does this service usually cost?

If you bought it from a dealership, I would be talking with the dealership pointing out it's over 100 days past. Most places have a 7 day satisfaction policy even if there is no warranty... not to mention the 30 day buyers remorse policy.

If you bought it from a Mercedes dealer and financed through Mercedes Benz Financial Services they give you a 7-day/500-mile no questions asked exchange privilege.

Regarding the service, it's not just by mileage, it's also by age, which is why you're due for Service B already. That said, if it says its 100 days past due I would definitely make the dealer perform the service. That should have been done when they did the CPO inspection.

It is a CPO, I assume? It should be, I believe, unless it wasn't purchased from a Mercedes dealer.

I took it in today and they serviced it. Gave me no problems either. The service department at Mercedes wanted to charge 400$ for it so I guess I lucked out. Thanks!
