iPod integration kit..
My c300 came with the iPod integration kit. I was messing around with it but cannot figure out what setting I actually select to get it to play? Any suggestions or anyone with the same kit that knows how to work it? Thanks

Set iPod volume to "8" and EQ to "Pop" before connecting in the glove box. Then select Aux for the Audio20/Radio input and Audio in the speedo to manage tunes.
If the volume is too low vs. the CD/Radio input, there is an Aux Boost setting on the radio screen.

Suggest purchasing a preowned 6th Gen iPod classic loaded with Apple Lossless tunes, then you won't ever have to remove it from the glovebox. Have seen them used for $100-160 for the 160GB model.
Another alternative is to purchase a Bovee ViseeO Tune2air WMA1000, and stream in Extreme Quality from a Spotify Premium account from a Bluetooth phone. About $80. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/Bovee-Wireles...ywords=wma1000
The huge advantage of this setup is that the Nav from your iPhone/Android is audible through the car's speakers. Disadvantage is that the sonic quality is noticeably inferior to the iPod w/Apple Lossless tunes combo. One can only choose "Previous/Next" from the steering wheel buttons on the Spotify playlist, but not like an entire iPod library selectable from the speedo (which, frankly, can be more dangerous than texting while you drive!)
The Tune2air, at least when paired with my Android Note, automatically boots when the W204 is started, and pauses Spotify when turned off, so that the same track is resumed where it was stopped.
Our new GLC is even more sophisticated, allowing complete control of Spotify from the dash screen/control wheel/touch pad. Guess the iPod will stay docked in the Zeppelin Air at home from now on. Convenience over quality, seems the overwhelming trend of the 21st Century.

Does anyone have a photo of the ipod cable? All I have in my glove box is the auxiliary 1/8" jack, no cable ect. I can get my ipod to work through that aux input the sound is terrible.
I am wondering if I need the ipod interface wiring kit to improve things?
