The left headlight of my car that does not work anymore. I swapped the xenstarter from right headlight to see if the xenstarter is not broken but that is not the case. Sometimes it jumps and flashes for a moment but it goes out after it. The main beam, direction indicator and the daylight are working without any problems. There is also an alert showing on the dash. "Intelligent Light System not working"

Xenon burners last a while but they do go out. Have you changed that?
I burned out my first burner around the 7yr/100k mark. I replaced both for a color match and I figure the other one wouldn't be too far behind.
The ballast/control unit may be gone. It attaches to the bottom of the headlamp assembly. I recently had this happen because my headlight had been damaged (long story short the previous owner must have gotten into a fender bender and the damage was not apparent without removing the headlamp) and water got in and eventually ruined the ballast, unfortunately necessitating the replacement of the headlamp. If your ballast is gone and the headlamp is not damaged the good news is you can purchase it separately.
There was a bit of water moisture under the headlight when i was done washing my car.
After a while my headlight flickered some couple of times and it didn't worked.
