Parktronic

Hi all,
I've got a query regarding Parktronic on my 2010 C180.
All lights show and beep sounds, on right side only, for a couple of seconds, when driving slow enough for system to be operative.
It happens in all sorts of different locations and well away from anything that might trigger sensors.
The system seems to work as intended but I don't think this "false alarm" is normal.
Anyone else had anything similar?

I had this issue at 3 separate times for 3 different reasons.

1- Intermittently failing parking sensor.
2- Battery not performing as it should.
3- Alternator not supplying the correct charge to the battery...

Those sensors aren't cheap! Hope you have extended warrantee at $1000+ each!

Hi Josh,
Re my posted problem with my Parktronic going off intermittently, I sourced the problem to the front number plate coming unstuck from the surround plate and obviously triggering the nearest sensor on that side!
Quick refix of number plate and problem sorted.
