Just make sure belts and things of that nature look good. Ask for maintenance history and carfaqs. Look at the brakes and tires. Listen for any odd noises. Look at cleanliness of engine. Make sure electrical systems are working properly including seat motors. And most of all buy from a reputable dealership.
Good luck

2012 C300 4Matic Sport Sedan
I know they are going to say get the 2012+, I've asked this question and still am muling over selling my C300 and just buying a C63.
Car proof a must and all service records is a big, big plus.
There great just be read for more gas station trips, rear tires, and the extra price tags for everything because of the AMG badges. It's defiantly a must to find an indy unless you have deep pockets.
take a look in the w204 AMG section people have some up for sale, that are well taken care of. I'd rather buy off an enthusiast thats has all the service records and a clean car proof, with some extra add ons so you don't have to do much of the work hahaha.
