MY2013 instrument cluster differences

MY2013 instrument cluster differences
hello everybody and thanks in advance for your support.
I'm looking for one w204 MY2013 maybe C200 in my country. sometimes, instrument cluster are different. you can see it in attached images.
in one model the yellow ECO sign shows at the bottom of the speedometer, and in the other model the ECO sign shows at the lower right angle.
why...? are 2 different kinds of speedometers...? what's the difference..? change the resolution of the center panel? any one newer than the other one..?
should I search for a car with specific one?

I have a PFL but that seems like it is possibly a setting? Not sure though. Get in one at a dealer or somewhere and go through display settings if nobody here provides better info.

obviously one is in km/h and the other is in miles, but I have pictures of both in miles and km with the eco sign in the bottom and in the right bottom.
the difference is not in the scale. is another speedometer.
maybe someone can explain to me which newer or best...

2012 Mercedes C250
My '12 C250 (US model, naturally) has the silver-toned instruments (left thumbnail above), but I've never seen that yellow 'ECO' at all. Possibly a European thing?
Also, I'm sure those are different year cars, but couldn't tell you which is newer or older. As in your other thread, check the MY in the driver door jamb of each.

There might be different regions involved but my best guess is one is MY2012 and one is MY2013, I know there are some small differences in the graphics. I have a MY2013 and mine is the left one.

It is likely due to when the cars were built?
If memory serves me my MY2014 looks like the right whereas my MY2013 I had before that looked like the left. My guess would be that some late production MY2013 cars may have gotten the tweaked look that is standard on the MY2014.
