K,
I wrapped mine in black vinyl as my car is black. Either wrap or plastidip will be your best bet

You should try wrapping it instead of plasti dipping that piece. Wrap is going to be much easier and nicer than plasti dip, as far as that particular piece goes.

You don't even need to remove the trim.

Thank you.
I am plasti dipping in blaze green matte as my car is matte paint from the factory. so vinly gloss will not work, and if i don't like it, i will peel off, the beauty is i can always peel.
