LED DRL replacement strips? 2012 C300?

LED DRL replacement strips? 2012 C300?
I have been doing some searching and can't seem to find a "better" or "brighter" replcement strip for the OEM DRL LED strips on my 2012 C300 Sport. I see many aftermarket kits for the 08-11 models such as these :

My question is, if I were to order those could I simply swap out my OEM LED strip with the LED strip included in this kit or is the wiring different?
I have all new LED parking lights and HID headlights and the OEM LED strip is not nearly as bright as all of my other lighting and I would like to get something brighter.
Does anyone know if the LED kits sold for these 08-11 models would fit our 2012 Sport bumpers?
If not, what are the alternatives? I have been on the forums and google for about 2 hours and can't seem to find a definitive answer?

Although I cannot personally comment on this, AznOptics might be able too! He might have something for you, he's got quite a selection of stuff for our cars! And a very helpful member as well.

I purchased all of my LEDs from AZN optics already but I don't think he has anything for those strips. I don't believe those bulbs can be changed but I'll email him and ask...
