Emergency Brake Warning Light

My '12 C63 from time to time flashes a warning that the e-brake is engaged when I first put the transmission in gear. It usually goes out within a few seconds. I never use the e-brake, so the issue doesn't seem to be the brake actually "sticking" or something. I'm guessing there is some sensor that is intermittent somewhere. Anyone else seen this? Anyone know where/what part number such a sensor might be?
Thanks!

I was searching on "emergency brake", not "parking brake". Looks like this is a common issue, and it's likely from my brushing the pedal with my foot. I won't worry about it.

I was rocking out to some music on my way home from work the other day when all of a sudden the music was muted and a very red dash told me the parking brake was on lol. I had just barely brushed it while tapping my foot! Guess it's better to know than not.

This happens to me almost daily.

The way I get in my car my foot just brushes the parking break enough to engage the warning light.

Annoying but no big deal.
