2011 C300 - Aftermarket Screen and Back up camera
Hi Everyone,
I've seen a few threads that installed the following product;
http://www.seicane.com/8-inch-touch-...anbus-srd-8810
Just wanted to ask if its still good and no lagging after a couple of months or years of use?
I am thinking of buying one and have it installed by a professional. Does anyone have any suggestions for an aftermarket rear view camera?
Hope someone can help me.
Thank you in advance.

do not get this unit i repeat DONT EVEN. I got the headunit a few months ago and it didnt work out of the box, after trouble shooting the unit for a month with their "tech support" nothing worked so i was forced to ship the unit out to china for $60 to get fixed. A month later the unit was sent back and clearly was not fixed, luckily the sellers agreed to give me a partial refund of $200. When the headunit worked it wasnt really worth it because it had a very cheap looking nav system and used the old UI for radio and telephone so it looked very stretched and distorted. The unit is not worth it at all, youre better off using a phone mount for navi. The ipod integration on the unit is very spotty and i believe it only supports the old 30 pin connector apple devices. Guess i have to live with a hole in the lower portion of my dash (where the ipod cable wouldve been) and the crappy basic audio 20 system

Really I just bought it yesterday? What exactly is the issue? I saw a few members installed this unit and no issues found? What was the problem with your unit that it wasn't working?

The unit kept turning off and would not turn back on. It would freeze very often when it would work. Its just a very cheapily built and made head unit and IMO is not worth going through all the trouble buying and installing the unit.
