'09 C300 - transmission fuzzy logic re-adapt

Long story short picked up a very lightly used '09 C300 Luxury that was previously owned by more advanced women (LinkedIn and Google are amazing) that presumably never explored the rev range. It took a good dozen WOT take offs to get it back into 1st gear kick down, no joke until I romped on it a few times it just would not kick down and I was pretty much restricted to 2nd gear take offs. Learned quickly sport mode is a joke and still defaults to 2nd gear starts.

Anyways after a few months of the car learning me I'm still not too terribly pleased with the shift points. Is there any easy soft reset of the TCU? I know in my Volkswagens there was a key and throttle pedal sequence that would reset it to factory to basically get a fresh start to the learning process, anything similar with MB?

Thanks!
