Depending on how energetic your local cops are, your exposing yourself to a citation. It's illegal to show red on the front of any vehicle.

Yellow, I think would look very cool. Not too dark so as to inhibit nighttime visibility. And if in Paris, you would fit right in. 
I know your not worried, but with yellow headlights and red fogs I just hope you don't get on a first name basis with your friendly local sheriff.

I ran with yellow tinted fogs for a bit, even had 2500k yellow bulbs in them too so they were very deep yellow. T'was nice but I prefer my LED fogs now

Isn't yellow tint on headlights illegal as well? I just can't picture yellow and red looking good together like that, but to each his own.
Just curious, if you are running a car with red fog lights on and yellow headlights, why wouldn't you be concerned about getting stopped by the police? It would almost seem like you would be daring them to stop you. Why would you want to open yourself up to something like that?

I would not; I would suggest opening up the headlights or shipping it to a reputable headlight modifier and get the inside painted black. Looks clean and does not inhibit light output or let alone change the color of the light output.
