Although I don't know all the circumstances when you bought your car, it does seem like that was a high price for the car.
Any time you make a modification to a car you aren't necessarily increasing its value as not everyone would like those particular mods, especially the muffler delete and wheels. Those are really personal tastes. Plus, you will almost never get back the full value of what you spend on "upgrades" and have to go into it figuring you are spending the money because YOU like it even though it might end up costing you money at trade in time.
And in selling it you have to keep in mind that you are not a dealer-you are a private seller. Anyone that would want to buy your car would certainly be looking for some kind of discount otherwise why buy from you? At least with a dealer if something immediately goes wrong you have some level of recourse. In a private sale, it is pretty much as is.
Hope in the end it works out for you, but you will most likely take a hit on what you paid.
After only four months why are you selling it?

Normally when people post for sale, I just say good luck with the sale. But your car is way overpriced. My C350 is a year newer, had the same miles and the same or more features and it was less than you're asking when I bought it from a dealer 7 months ago.
You need to shoot more for 23-24k if you want any chance of selling and even then that's optimistic. These cars just don't hold their value well.

Price is real high. Bought my 2014 c250 last January with 12,000 miles for 24,000. It has premium, nav. Sport, and upgraded wheels.

ya I tried your approach was offered 22k numerous times, I wanted 25k(lowest id go) and I posted the ad's at 27K knowing I would get that.
thinking about it I should of took it, now the car has an accident on the title I'll be lucky to get 19K for mine.... even though it was just the rear bumper and re-bar.
good luck tho

Agreeing with the gang here. Not trying to make you feel bad, but you'd be lucky to get $19K for it. Keep in mind that customizations actually reflect negatively on the value of the car, not the other way around. The C Class are easier to find than cockroaches, so sadly they don't hold their value well.
