need help !!' asap

car wont turn on it shows this could it be the ignition or not it isnt reading the key fob

pop the hood, disconnect the battery, wait about 10 minutes, reconnect and try again

Could be eis problem. Find some locally that can fix it or send me eis, key and esl can do the testing on table and fix the problem.
