Mercedes C-220 Bluetec
Vox Sensor issues

Hi everybody,
Can anybody advise me with two supposed NOX sensor failures that my local Mercedes dealer has diagnosed, the first one at 9300 miles and the second at 9800 miles, both have been replaced say the dealer. I drive a C-220 Blutec in the UK and I find it strange that new sensors would fail, I suspect an underlying cause but I'm not an automotive engineer. I asked for a copy of the diagnostic report as I suspected this would be the cause of the warning light on the panel.
The fault was P220162 "The signal of the component is implausible. The following test procedure must be carried out" It goes onto say First Occurence 679.41 ppm Second Ocurrence 1235.88, I read that as the second figure is high, it is diagnosed as implausibe. The report goes on to other results from the test which identify faults:

P213862; The values from the position sensors of the accelerator are implausible relative to each other. The signal comparison is faulty.

U0401FC: Implausible data received from control unit 'combustion' engine.

U0401EC: Implausible data received from control unit 'combustion' engine.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
