What lube to use to fix squeaky seats and pano roof?

What lube to use to fix squeaky seats and pano roof?
I've previously had a squeaky pano roof upon its opening as well as creaking seats while adjusting them. The dealer has fixed it before but after a short period it returns. I'm hoping to DIY, any safe products to use? I appreciate your advice people!

There is a special lube for the plano and thousands of small quantities are listed on the web-----seats simply visit the dealer and they will lube for you!!
