Hi All

New to the forum, my dad has a problem with his car, he has had someone fit a reversing camera for him but the display stays in back and white, and after a few seconds of switching it on the picture changes position on the screen (see attachment) The fitter managed to get it to change to colour but it changed itself back to black and white and I'm not too sure how it did it. Ive gone into the engineering mode on the car and iv changed all the options that i can think to change but nothing really happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They probably did not install a color camera?

 

Make note that the camera must be NTSC even in europe! Buy a CCD camera, not a CMOS camera (just for quality).
