Hey all - I have no idea how to fix this I have spent hours. As per my photo the cable pulls up and I would assume that it unlocks the seat however in this occasion to no avail. I checked the passenger seat it seems the movement is similar or the same. As in when I pull the latch they seem to move the same distance.

The seat is simply locked and can't move back.

Has anyone got advise on how to fix this?
