2009 C300 4MATIC

HELP RADIO/COMMAND WONT TURN ON

I get the ---- on the dash when sliding to audio. My radio won't turn on. Command screen is completely black. Checked all the fuses. They are fine. What else could be the problem. Did a battery disconnect and reconnect but no help. Please help if anyone has some insight or has experienced something similar.

Hey i know this was an old post, but did you ever figure outs what was wrong? i have the same exact car and im having the same issue.

yes, if I remember correctly, it’s been 4 years. There is a fuse on the back of the console unit. Have to pull it out. Can’t find the link however do remember it was quite simple. Changed the fuse. And it worked.
