Mercedes Assyst Service Reminder Days to Miles?

My experience with Assyst is that it monitors your driving pattern and will display what will happen first (time or mileage) - does not seem to be adjustable.
There was a period of a few months after my last B service where I was back and forth to Florida every 2 weeks and was piling ~2500 miles/month on my car. Assyst switched it to mileage based, since those trips stopped a few months back and I am back to doing maybe 300 miles/month it is now back to days.
Pretty smart system but wish it was more comprehensive on the info it would give the driver like BMW's system. Not just a 'your car needs service but we aren't going to tell you what besides some basic lettering system'.
