C300 2012 audio freezing and extended warranty
Hi, I am not sure whether I can direct ask in this.
But, anyway. I have c300 2012. My audio is keep freezing and no sound come out. It started 5 days ago. I tried to hard reset by unplug the battery. Its not work.
I wonder whether somebody have this experience.
Also do you think I should extend my warranty?

Are you by chance using an iPhone as your audio source? I've had some issues with a few different versions and beta releases in iOS 10.x series that have caused the audio to stop playing almost like it's paused.
