Ever since I had an accident with my car, its all fkxed up now and i recently got a muffler delete the eco remains yellow and not turning green at all.
Whats the problem? Can it be the tempurature?

My 2014 C300 is completely stock and the ECO mode sometimes remain yellow.
For me, I always turn it off as soon as I start the car because I don't like when the car goes on/off every time I stop at signals.
However, when I leave it on, I believe the ECO mode will remain yellow if my foot is not in ECO mode.
Meaning if I drive aggressively, the ECO mode will remain yellow.
Once I go light in throttle, it will change back to green.
Not sure if it has anything to do with temperature, but other members on this forum can provide you with more information on that.

Basically there are several parameters that the car measures to make sure it wont harm your engine to turn it off and restart it quickly. It's possible some of the sensors got damaged in the accident, it may also be possible that the muffler delete is throwing it off too. Perhaps someone with a modified car can chime in as well.

2014 C300 here. It depends on how you drive it. If I'm driving it more aggressively ((like stated above) it will not turn green. If I'm driving slower it will turn green relatively quick.

Nothing to worry about.
