Question for someone about my C300 with smaller display

Hello does anyone know about a 2012 C300 4Matic that has a smaller screen ( Or owned one ) on it could be upgraded to a bigger screen so I can add a back up camera or does the smaller screen on my C300 works with back up camera ? Because I wanted a back up camera only.
