New owner of a 2013 C250 Lux and need advice
I like everything about the car. It'll become my commuter while I work on another. Anyway, the first thing I'm noticing is how I now wish I was a sport model as the springs are too soft. Average road undulations are fine but any big dip and there is just too much movement (shocks are in perfect working order-someone will ask). I'll soon scrape the underside of the low front bumper-skin if this keeps up. It really needs stiffer springs and dampers to match. I have no idea what's out there.
Thanks!

We can swap!!! I hate the stupid sport suspension. I'm secretly a 93 year old man inside.

My suspension - plus those wide tires - permits a speedy no squeal sweeper off the expressway and into the main thoroughfare at the old folks home..................
Admittedly I'm one of the younger residents, but the little coupe handles right by me.

How would you define smooth?
The lux is fairly plush but any larger dip in the road and there is just way too much suspension movement. I hit a dip at 15mph (just after the dip it went uphill in a residential area) that caused the bottom of the bumper to scrape the ground. It handles the little stuff really well but the springs are soft and it's under damped. Also hit a large dip on a freeway and it's almost dangerous (again, this is by design and my shocks are fine).
Does anyone have any experience with the Bilstein B12 set up?

I used to think the sport sus was too stiff. Yet the longer I've owned it, and experience the handling performance combined with the composed highway ride, I'm glad I have it. Depending on what one owned previously, there is a shorter or longer adjustment period.
