For those of you with plasti dipped trims
How long does plasti dip last on the front end of the car? I'm considering plasti dipping the chrome trim around the DRLs but I don't want to do it unless plasti dip lasts at least a year, before it starts getting chipped etc...

If you're going to do the grille, use an entire can in multiple layers (usually over 8)
Thick dip lasts a long time, thin coats don't last long at all

wheels have lost some trim around the edges, otherwise I've had mine for about a year fine. Same with grill.
