....or take off around 250 screws and nuts to remove the windage tray under the engine, then - voila - an oil drain plug!

We all started somewhere and most of us here are not prof mechanics.
This is the reason we come to this forum so we get encouraged and be able to tackle small tasks.

Yes doing things on our own is how we learn. Not sure why people so quick to shut down someone trying to learn with a basic procedure.
Crappy vertical video but I think it shows it well enough.
First, I am not a rookie mechanic. I have changed my own oil for 35 years, rebuilt motors, installed turbochargers and have a Motorcycle Mechanics Certification so lets get that out of the way first.
The oil pan on the 2013 is different than the 2008-2012 (or at least the one in that video). There is a flat black cover on the bottom of the pan and NO drain plug on it.
I had the car on ramps yesterday and searched for an oil drain plug for over 1/2 hour and if it's there, it's hiding in plain sight.
I found one response on a Google search where it's on of those ask a mechanic type forums (where they want you to pay to answer a question - yeah, right) and he told a guy the car does not have an oil drain plug. I find that outrageous if true.
I don't want to Mity-Vac the old oil. Leaving behind a quart of worn out oil behind does not make sense to me. It's personal choice. Those that choose to, have at it. Not for me.
Does anybody that owns a 2013-2015 W204 3.5L know exactly where the oil drain plug is? I have searched and searched and all the pictures I can find appear to be the 2008-2012 which I am now pretty certain are different.
Thanks!
Edit: I found these pictures posted by @edV44 here on the forum way back in 2010. His 2010 oil pan cover is what my 2013 oil pan cover looks like exactly and he graciously took very clear pictures of the drain plug. That might be the one that was hiding from me in plain sight. :-) I'll jack the car back up and check. The location in the vicinity to the dipstick tube makes it very clear.

Edit2: The 2013 (and I assume 2014/2015 with 3.5L V6) drain plug is not where the 2010 plug was but compliments of edV44 (who appears to no longer be around) his photo got me to the right area, and sure enough the drain plug was hiding in plain sight when you know where to look (the key is the dip stick tube).
What will throw you is if you just look at the lower oil pan cover (black) there is no drain plug on it which is where one would typically see one.
I'm attaching a photo of the 3.5L V6 drain plug in case anybody needs it in the future.
