Hi, I have a Mercedes 2008 C220 cdi Sport W204, it has Radio 20 with single cd unit and 12 Button multi steering wheel fitted, the only connection in the glove box is the Audio socket, which is activated by the CD setting and scrolling to Aux, however I want to retro fit Sat Nav, along with front and rear view cameras, so my questions are A: Can I, B: What unit do I need to purchase, and what is the part no C: Is it a specialists job or can it be done by a normal handy DIY er. any help would be appreciated.

 

Are you going to go all OEM? I think there is/was a drop in nav unit that replaced system in the pre-facelift cars.

 

I don’t want to throw a damper on things but would it not be selling the car you have and upgrade to a later model w204 which has all these features and then add front camera.
