Halogen Headlamps on a Stock HID Car?

My HID low beams broke and my turn signals and parking lamps are short. The cost of fixing this is way too high. I ordered new custom Spyder headlamps and took my original headlamps out in preparation.

The new headlamps have halogen bulbs included.
Is the plug connection the same from my car to the headlight even if i put a halogen headlamp in there? Or will i need a conversion kit?

Note that I am replacing the whole headlight, not just the bulbs.

Just curious of what the cost was to fix your OEM lighting and what is wrong with them? Bulbs and blasts can't be that expensive if replaced DIY. Is it an ILS system you have?

It was $3,250 to fix wiring and stuff to my parking lamps and turn signals, or $500 for ballast replacements. I bought my new headlights for $450. I'm not sure what ILS is. Will these halogen headlamps work with my stock HID car?

Yikes, I can't even begin to see why that is so much. That's around or even more for what people pay for the factory retrofit.

I don't know myself but it may require some coding work to be done. I've only seen people installing that kit that did not have factory HID. The seller or manufacturer may be able to answer.

Would the coding be for error messages? I dont mind those but i just need to know if it will work.

Unless there's been a dramatic change since we last worked with Spyder on these (Which I doubt for an out of production model vehicle), the Spyder one won't be direct plug and play for you as your vehicle was configured for xenon and Spyder were made for halogen spec vehicles.

If it's just the headlight, you might be better off checking ebay or somewhere for OEM bi-xenon replacement headlight units. Often you'll find pristine ones that junk yards have taken apart from vehicles that have been totaled.

Is there an adaptor harness or something? I see that the halogens have 9 pins while HID has a different connector with 14 pins.

Is there an adaptor i can get to convert from 9 to 14? I also cant find seem to find affordable stock headlight replacements anywhere.
