MAP sensor replacement

I'm trying to replace a MAP sensor (part number 008-153-02-28) which is on the right side of the engine, below the air intake cowl (NOT the one hidden underneath the airbox).

I ordered the new sensor, but I'm wondering if this is just a direct replacement, or if I need to re-calibrate or anything like that.

Do I simply turn the car off, wait 5min and replace the MAP sensor? (I'm replacing the sensor because the connection is loose; plastic on the latch is broken and it's very easy to pull out the connection wire to the sensor)
