2010 mercedes benz c350
C350 rims

2013 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport (W204)
Hi. My car has 18 x 9.5 from the factory (in the rear anyways). The offset looks fine as well. So, I believe they should fit fine without needing to roll the fenders. Maybe you could chat with ECS about the offset and they can help you out. In my experience ECS is ok to deal with.
