Tire PSI vs. Alignment

Tire PSI vs. Alignment
Hello,
The inside edges of my front tires seem to wear more so than the rest of the tire. I have ran the PSI that is on the sticker in the drivers side door. I do not believe that my alignment is off but the dealer has informed me that there is about -2 degree camber in the car. They have informed me also that I can put a bolt kit on the car and gain back maybe .5 degree of camber to get it to about -1.5. They have also suggested that I run about 36 PSI in the tires to help. I guess my question is, what have you guys done to compensate for this? Higher PSI? Bolt Kit? I have usually tried to stick to what PSI that sticker says but the techs at the Mercedes shop seem to be confident that they prefer 36 PSI in the front.
I have not had them put the car on the alignment machine as I will be doing that when I purchase new fronts.
