Audio system problem
I'm driving a c250 CGI model 2010.
Recently I have a problem with my audio system, whereby there's no sound when I try to switch on the system after the car has running for few moments.
There is no problem during the first start in the morning, but when ever I switched off the audio system and try to switch on again, the sound will disappear. I can only get back the sound tomorrow morning. As long as I don't switch off the audio system, there is no problem with the sound.
I used to ask my mechanic to diagnose the problem, but it seems ok.
Other than the sound, everything works well.

Suggest that if the audio system works when you first start your vehicle, why would you want to turn it off? Ever? If you do not wish to hear it, just turn down the volume or mute. So simple. Problem may be that the amplifier output stage protection system refuses to activate the output to the speakers when the vehicle is already powered. This could be caused by a short in another area of your vehicle, which the amplifier detects as an unsafe load for its operation. Just always leave your system on. Best of success!
