Mercedes C200 Cdi

Mo Heat

I have a 2010 C200 Cdi and I have only cold air coming from my blowers, I have replaced the thermostat with no joy but iI have noticed if I rev the engine quite hard when standing i get a small amount of heat but when revs drop it turns cold again.
Any Ideas would be very welcome.
