Having my 5 speed auto reset today at MB shop
Hi guys and girls!
Im going to the MB shop today to have my transmission reset. This is because I have noticed the car (C180k) sometimes sort of lifts off/takes off, or lunges forward a bit when it changes gears.
I asked the mechanic on the phone about a software update, but he claims that isnt necessary, and you only do that if you experience serious issues with your tranny.
I would like your opinions about this, and is a software update something i shouldnt consider. I dont see the gear changing as a big issue, its just slightly unpleasant sometimes.
Anyway, what do you think?
