m272 Water pump, which one ?

I was wondering if anyone has changed their water pump and if so what brand would be recommended ? From my research, Saleri seems to be the best option, followed by Hepu and lastly Graf which I'm not seeing very good reviews for those 2, only Saleri seems to be acceptable if I want it to last over 40k. Im approaching 260k, oddly I've felt a very very slight play in the water pump pulley over 50k ago and it doesn't make any noise nor did the movement get worse so I guess its normal, With my mileage climbing I just want to be ready for when it actually starts making noise or leak.

Just another quick question, I was wondering if I should replace my timing chain tensioner before I hit 300k even though its not making any noise, would that be a wise decision for preventing chain stretching and sprocket damage ?

For the water pump, I would go with Saleri. I think they are OEM.
Maybe you want to replace it together with Thermostat? In that case, I would go with Wahler for Thermostat.

Yeh that's what I was thinking, Im going to look at my oem pump and see if its a Saleri, my thermostat was already replaced at around 150k, I did go with the genuine one at the time, been 100k and still holding up good.
