SiriusXM and GPS in 2015 C300 Stopped working
We bought a CPO 2015 C300 in Dec 2017and everything was great.
The radio and Nav both locked up on March 15 and he brought it into the dealer and he following Monday.
The dealer says that he has over 100 2015 C300s (he says that the bug only hit 2015 C300s!) w/ the same issue and that Sirius is working on a fix.
Is anyone else having this issue? Sirius has been no help. They told me to try refresh, but you can't refresh a radio that's locked.
How would you deal w/ this?

The W205 forum might have some hints, but the dealer should interface with Sirius XM to get it fixed if the device isn’t working and you have refreshed it. As the Sat Radio is covered under the CPO warranty or base factory warranty if any is left.

2015 C300 metric
I have been having the same problem was told by Mercedes that the fix would happen as soon as the satellite is fixed, but when is the real question. My radio stopped working on the 16th of March. I got told it was a SiriusXM issue but I do not have Sirius in my car and it sure works in my other vehicles that are not a Mercedes so I have no clue what they are talking about. It is very frustrating! I have been driving my Jeep Rubicon so I have a radio lol but I turn on my Mercedes every few days to see it will work.

If your car is CPO, that should mean your car is still under warranty. I'd demand that they replace your command unit since it's locked up.
