no windshield washer
I've had my car almost a year, and just recently tried the windshield washer, but nothing. Is there any common issue related to this? I see fuse number 13 is for washer and wipers....I have wipers. A search gave me nothing.

Bahaha, these cars are thirsty when it comes to washer fluid and it warns you when you are low anyways. If you dont hear the little pump when you press the washer button then I would start there as you already checked the fuse. Take the drive side splash guard off and you will see the washer reservoir, along with the pump right in front of you and very accessible. Start by lightly tapping on the pump and see if it starts going,if so then you know the pump jammed up and should be replaced. If not, take a multi meter and check for power and ground as a helper presses the washer button inside, if you have both 12v and a good ground then you know the pump is faulty.

Yes....I have fluid. I tried to locate the fuses associated with the front wipers and washer, which are 10 & 13, but all the fuse diagrams I find online, are of a 6 cyl W204, and the engine bay fuse box is a different configuration....that's not helping me. where is my actual fuse chart located?
