WIS help with timing cover seals

I think the source of my coolant leak and crusty dried residue at the top and back of timing cover is a failed seal. Apparently the dealer would charge upwards of 15 hours labor to pull that cover but I was wondering if anybody has done this themselves or has a writeup I could use to tackle it on my own. This is the cover removed. There are I believe one or maybe 2 seals that coolant flows through

Appreciate your time... I already had the schematic and the parts numbers but I was looking for some info on what is entailed in getting that cover off to replace the top most seal that is slowly spraying coolant.
I was reluctant to spend a ton of money to replace that seal and just let it leak. Figured it wouldn’t be a catastrophic failure. Any suggestions?
