2008 C300 Fan and AC issue

Hello, I have a 2008 C300, around 90,000 miles, recently my coolant warning indicator came on, my ac air went from freezing to warm and my radiator fan wouldn't turn on causing my cars temperature to go into overheat levels. My coolant level is good, fuses good, freon good, and the fan turns on when it wants to, when it does the ac blow cold again.

Can anyone tell me the cause and fix?

Thank all of you in advance.

I would check coolant level/temp sensor and the thermostat.

so the coolant temp sensor is at the back of the engine but the thermostat is at the front? is this right?
