Newby - wheel opinion needed...

Greeting all, My first forum post. Been looking around here for an hour and still not clear if I'm posting in the the right place. Apologies if I not and plz point me in the right direction.
Requesting opinions on these 2015 19" X 7.5"/8.5" w205 wheels/tires I just piked up for my w204 (see below pics).
Some local kid bought them for his CLK 550, but offset didn't work. He agreed to allowed me to test mount on our '08 c300 Sport project. They cleared the front strut with 8mm non-hubcentric spacers; rears seemed to clear, no spacers needed. Everyone I've asked so far say they look great, but most of them drive BMWs or Lexus's...so what do they know. Ergo, I'm here seeking sophisticated opinions. I think they look ok, but suspect I'd like them a lot better if the car was lowered a bit. That means spending another $600.00+ for shocks and springs. The car still drives and rides remarkably well, but I suspect new struts prob in the cards soon, as the originals shocks have 156k miles. I'm thinking Bilstein B4s and Eibach Pro-Line springs. But if I lower, I'm, worried I'll have clearance issues and considerably harsher ride (19s + stiffer springs). Current tires are 225/40R-19, 255/35R-19; offset is 44f / 52r. Wondering if anyone has experience with this size rim/tire or similar suspension mod? So thoughts, opinions, suggestions feedback - all much appreciated. Also a couple of questions: will the speedo accuracy suffer bady with 19" ? And will the TPMs need to be changed from W205 back to W204? Thanks again. Fabo

You may need to lower it a bit to look good, but idk about fitment and rubbing.

Sensors I would think would work.

If its a good deal why not, but if its a bit pricier do some shopping as you could get a more "eye popping" setup...

In my opinion there are lots of other rims out there that would look better on your car.

Thanks. I agree.
These are only a good deal only if if no rubbing and the Sensors don't need to be changed over. My local tire guy told me today the tires are too big, the sensors need to be changed over, and if I go with a hub centric spacer, it has to be at lease 10mm thick. I dont have 10mm of clearance with these tires. So if he's right, I need to spend $800-1000 on tires. Not sure if that's prudent on this project, as I need to do other stuff first. The cars only worth about 6k in my market, so I need to spend wisely. depending on what other info I gather, I may sell these and wait for an easier fitment option.
Thanks again,

Yeah, I'm kinda on the fence about the look. But the price was right and they fell in my lap. This is a project car, but I may still use it in a pinch and have clients in it. I don't want it to be too blingy, but I think these look better than the OEMs I have. Thanks for the input.

Well if they're on the car and you dont have an error, then you don't need to worry about it.

Speedo shouldn't be off. Also the tire sizes seem fine for the wheel, you don't need to change, those are OEM sizes also for w204 (rwd + package).

$6k...wow, even for the mileage. Hows it run?

Thanks. I actually haven't driven it with the 19s, only tried them on one side of the car with the sellers non-hubcentric spacers. Tires seemed to clear, and I rolled the car off the driveway to test. Seemed ok. Waiting on 10mm spacers and correct bolts to arrive. So fingers crossed it all works.
The car runs great... bought in new in 2007 & now has 156k on the clock. It's been a great car. The only time it let me down was when the g-damn cursed ignition switch/ key/module, and the A/C condenser failed. Its just looks tired from neglect and a few dings & scratches which I'll also deal with. This thing was not pampered.
